Is it better to use copper or aluminum for radiators?

No fan cool and quiet! Do not fan the CPU radiator understand?
Let's not talk about the performance of fanless installed configuration for the moment, and explain its existence from the demand. Many friends must think that the biggest significance of fan-free solution is, of course, silence. After all, the mainstream 360 water-cooled system composed of 12cm fans is rarely less than 50 decibels in the case of heavy operation of the system. The basic production process of heat sink
Heat sink is a kind of to electrical appliances used hot electron component cooling devices, much by aluminum alloy, brass or bronze plate, plate, sheet, such as more heat sinks commonly in use in electronic components and heat sink interface is coated with a layer of thermal conductive silicone, the components of heat conduction more effectively to the radiator, then through radiator sends out into the surrounding air. A semiconductor chip consists of two parts, a P-type semiconductor, in which holes dominate, and an N-type semiconductor, in which electrons dominate. But when these two semiconductors are connected, a "P-N junction" is formed between them. When an electric current is applied to the chip through a wire, electrons are pushed into the P-region, where they recombine with holes and emit energy in the form of photons, which is how leds glow. And the wavelength of light determines the color of light, which is determined by the material that forms the P-N junction.
